I'm your host, Greg Sargent. By now you may have heard that President Trump's most senior officials discussed war plans on signal

and that the group chat actually included Jeffrey Goldberg of the Atlantic.

Goldberg published his findings and it caused an explosion in

Washington, with many Democrats calling for an investigation and even the occasional Republican slamming
