Here's a question I have for you, and you'll understand why I'm asking it.

When I wander around various places in the United States of America, where I am a United States citizen, naturalized, let's see, 25, 45 years ago, must I now carry my papers?

You know, at least in some parts of the country, it's not a terrible idea, which is a really sad commentary, by the way, on where we are.

But the Supreme Court, you know, had a busy Monday.

And one of the things that they did was they, in essence, legitimized the use of the color of your skin, your accent, the kind of job you're perceived

as having as factors that can be used and whether or not to detain you on potential suspicion

of immigration violations.
