I mean, at one point you had Susan Collins going back to the drawing board saying,

hey, actually, we should have two bills here.

We shouldn't be doing this as one bill.

I mean, that just shows you in the wee hours of the morning how they're kind of throwing anything at the wall at this point.

Obviously, that ship has sailed a long time ago.

here this morning. We're coming at everybody a little later than normal, largely because we have

been watching intensely what is happening on the Senate floor. And it is 5.33 a.m. And so this is accurate

as of right now, but things are really in flux right now as the Senate majority. The Republicans

are really struggling to come to a close here when it comes to Trump's

biggest agenda item, the reconciliation bill. Yeah, Anna, your caveat is right. It's, it's,

this is a situation which is very much in flux. We, we thought about just holding the

newsletter until this passes, but Bres made the very good point to me that there's a

possibility that this doesn't go until 7, 8, 9 a.m. We just don't know at this point. So here's the
