The scandal in Washington is not what's illegal. It's what's legal that is the scandal. In other words,

the thing that we all kind of accept or yawn or roll our eyes on,

that is where you should focus your attention. And what made me think about this is there's been

something that's been going on for many decades here in the nation's capital that periodically lawmakers say you know we really ought to do

something about this doesn't look good for the public you know what I'm saying and it is members of

Congress trading stocks when they obviously have access to all kinds of information

that the average person, the average investor, the average day trader does not.
