ain't been a jury yet that's managed to convict me. Gang, we're looking at some weird, weird scenarios in the upcoming election

this year. I mean, straight up on its face before we would get into today's stuff. You realize

that Donald Trump and Joe Biden are both older than Bill

Clinton. Did you know that? Bill Clinton, remember that guy? He is younger than the

two front runners. That's weird.

Biden was a senator back when Richard Nixon was the president.

That's not even what we're going to talk about today.

We're going to talk about one of the cases facing Donald Trump.

He has four cases that are currently broiling,

and while they will probably be resolved after the election,

there is a real possibility that the Republican front runner for president will have to run for office from prison,

where alternately that he will serve as president in prison.

So today we are going to focus specifically on the case leveled against him in the state of

Georgia.

If Trump is convicted there under RICO law, no one in the federal government could pardon him.

He could not pardon himself if re-elected president.

He could not hold a sleight of hand and declare himself temporarily incapacitated from a colonoscopy

and make his vice president acting president and have him or her pardon him.

Even Joe Biden would not have the ability to pardon him if he is reelected, even if Biden wants to pull a kind of Gerald Ford.

I know this is unpopular, but it's for the good of the country type thing.

Georgia law is sovereign in Georgia, and so if Trump is convicted there he goes to prison there
