And we're live. Welcome back to the Loopcast. We got Erica back, locked and loaded, back from a little trip. We got Josh today as well. Erica, how was a trip to Hillsdale?

Oh, man, it was glorious. We had a great time in Hillsdale. Perfect weather, fall. It was awesome. Yeah, I have so many thoughts. I actually, I felt like I came back from Hillsdale and I'd spent three days on a retreat, like, in reality.

And now I'm back in the twilight zone.

Like, this is the rest of the world is the twilight zone.

But no, it was great.

We went to visit our daughter.

And we brought the seven-month-old baby who was an instant hit.

Could have been voted, Mr. Hillsdale.

They're having

homecoming this week and, you know, we put it. We didn't want to like, you know, be too overbearing,

though, as we tend to be. So we, but we had a great time. And I was thinking of like, um,

what were my overwhelming impressions? And everyone says this who goes there, but it's just so true.

You walk on campus and I've been on a lot of it's just so true you walk on campus and i've

been on a lot of college campuses just like you know grad school college cities we've lived in

we're at yale every weekend and the kids are so happy they're just and not like oh they're all high on

something joyful it's actual joy camelish to take a little

page from hillsdale here but they're just genuinely like they'll open the door for you they'll say hey

how are you doing nice baby it's a beautiful day so that that alone it's just a beautiful spirit to the

campus and one of the young men that we were talking to i love talking to the students there it's just a beautiful spirit to the campus. And one of the young men that we were talking to, I love talking to the students there.

It's just like nerd fest, but like cool nerd fest, which is my, my MO.

And he was like, oh, what are you reading?

He's like, oh, I'm reading Moby Dick.
