And let's hit the hot notes hot notes. So I woke up this morning to the news. This is a west coast thing right because most of the time when we wake up here on the west coast. It's already three hours deep. That's true in Washington. Yeah, people are trying to like alert us like wake up Miller.

So daily beans. Yeah, where are you? Where are you emergency? So the emergency? So what's our like signal like our bad signal? You know, we don't have one. The magnifying glass being signal. Yeah, you know, with the lady in the detective lady. I don't know what we call her. I forget. We had a name for it. Several names.

Anyway, I woke up this morning to the news that the White House had released its version. Okay, this is the four page bar memo. If you want to call that of the conversation between Trump and Ukrainian president Zelensky.

And we are going to go over it today, but it's important that I clarify that the details of the call are not needed for what Trump did to be considered impeachable offense.

I want to be clear that while we will parse the implications of what the White House released, it's clear the transcript is not complete. There's many ellipses in it indicating that there's a lot missing.

And it's about, if you read it, it's about a five minute conversation and it says it's 30 minutes, although there was a lot of translating that could make up for that.

Maybe if you doubled it, you're still looking at maybe 15 minutes tops. And parsing these details is a lot like arguing what color shoes Trump wore when he robbed the bank.

So I just want to kind of make that clear before we start discussing the details of it. But the White House's message is that there was no Squid Pro Crow. That's our name for Squid Pro Crow.
