He is short on funds personally with this big deadline and politically and I'm going to explain

so you may have heard there is a Monday deadline for the half a billion dollar bond that he must pay.

He lost the fraud judgment, so if he doesn't pay it, they'll start to take his buildings.

He does have the right to appeal if he puts up a bond for the fraud judgment.
