With the holidays over, here are a few tips to ease yourself back into work.

Number one, start with small tasks and you can accomplish easily.

Keep a clean desk to stay focused and also don't forget to take breaks to keep your energy and creativity levels high.

Also a good idea to reconnect with co-workers over some coffee and brainstorm ideas for your favorite project.

According to researchers, working on tasks that you actually care about will help you get excited about going back to work overall.
