When I got up early yesterday and happy Easter to those who've been celebrating,

to appear on Fox News Sunday, I instantly saw that the world had changed.

The president, hours earlier, had announced that that missing American crewman had been found

and rescued.

You recall that the plane was shot down.

One pilot was rescued.

The other crew member missing.

And I have to admit, I was pessimistic that this person would be found before the Iranians got

him.

And the story is just incredible.

I mean, as I said on the air, what a relief and what bravery on the part of the special ops team

going into enemy territory, finding this guy hidden in a mountain ridge after he had sent

an encrypted signal, signaling his location, using the CIA

for diversionary purposes and bringing them back home.

That is the best of the military.

That is the best of America.

And it doesn't change the fact that Iran has had more success than we would like in shooting down planes. There was a second

plane, the A-10. The first plane was an F-15. This is the A-10 that was shot down, but that pilot,

fortunately, was rescued right away. And what I said on the air was, you know, all Americans

should be grateful. It was kind of an Easter miracle,

but I can't say enough about the courage of people who brought our guy back home. Now,
