wants the ICC, which is the International Criminal Court, to amend its founding document to ensure it does not investigate the Republican president and his top officials threatening new U.S. sanctions on the court if it did not. So I've gone into the bowels of this article and basically

this guy, it's so legal, you know, we did everything right. They know that in 2020, 29, all these
