0:31.8	the guard in the city after heated immigration protests ended over the summer. According to the Times as Sonia Sharp and Joseph Serna, during the hearing, federal judge
0:42.3	Charles R. Breyer said no crisis lasts forever.
0:46.3	California Attorney General Rob Bonta had this to say during a recent press conference.
0:52.3	We very strongly believe that the National Guard is not the Royal Guard,
0:59.0	that the National Guard is not the President's traveling private army
1:04.0	to deploy where he wants, when he wants, for as long as he wants,
1:08.0	for any reason he wants or no reason at all.
