on the war in Iran. The question is, was his speech effective at doing that?

Earlier in the day, the president briefly attended a Supreme Court hearing on his executive

order to limit

birthright citizenship. The question is, how did the justices respond to arguments against

the 14th Amendment? Plus, Congress isn't due back in D.C. for another week and a half, but this

morning, there appears to be a deal to restore funding for most of the Department of Homeland Security.

The question is, will Republican leaders call lawmakers back to Washington to end the partial shutdown?
