There's so much to talk about.

I mean, you and I have been talking about the Trump administration before it became the administration

after it was elected in November in the first weeks. I mean,

so much has happened. The Democratic Party liberalism or bourgeois liberalism, whatever one wants

to call it, it's in retreat or has collapsed. Trump is reshaping U.S. foreign policy in very

dramatic ways. But I want to start with what's going on internally, domestically.

I mean, the House of Representatives just passed the budget. It couldn't be more dramatic. A tax

giveaway, mainly to the rich, of $4 trillion and social spending cuts of $2 trillion. I mean, what's going to be the impact here?

Well, I think the impact could be substantial.

I mean, I think we're going to see, you know,

significant increases in poverty in this country.

I think we're going to see workers continue to struggle.
