But I thought we'd have a discussion after the press leaves about what last night represented

and what we should do about it and also about the shutdown and how that relates to last night.

I think if you read the pollsters, the shutdown was a big factor, negative for the Republicans.

And that was a big factor.

And they say that I wasn't on the ballot was the biggest factor.

But I don't know about that, but I was honored that they said that.

Raging Narcissus says what?

Let's start with some truth here.

Donald actually admitted something in that clip. He made it clear that he believes at least that the reason Republicans lost last night is because

of the shutdown which suggests what to you.

It suggests that he knows that the American voter understands that the shutdown is entirely the responsibility

of the Republican Party and the person who leads that party him.

But because he is such a raging narcissist and he is so narcissistically injured from last night's results,

he has to pretend that some imaginary pollsters are

claiming that the reason Republicans lost is because Donald wasn't literally on the ballot.

Guess what, though? He was on that ballot metaphorically. He was on every single one of them.

And the reason the Democrats won so resoundingly in every single election in which they ran,

he can't handle it. Let's put this in context. Republican candidates, members of the party he leads,

fared terribly in yesterday's election. The candidates Donald endorsed in Virginia,

New Jersey, and New York City all lost to their Democratic opponents. That would be

Winsom Earls in Virginia got crushed by Abigail Spamberger. Jack Sidirelli in New Jersey got

crushed by Mikey Cheryl and Zora and Mamdani, a 33 year old, 34 year old
