Donald Trump delay tactic.

He already knows that on the 18th,

he's due to appear before Judge Juan

for sentencing, and a guy who chooses not to accept accountability, a guy who thinks that he could escape from the problems that everybody else would deal with right now if they were the

ones who were the defendant, not him. So first thing this morning, the Manhattan

District Attorney released a letter.

All right, I want to read part of this to you and then give you my reaction to it.

All right, this is again in response to Trump's early emotion by the two slotes and I'm

from the stupidest lawyers of all time Todd Blanche and Emil Bovey.

All right? Here's what the Manhattan DA turns around and says.

Federal law is clear that proceedings in this court need not be stayed pending the district

court's resolution of defendant's removal notice.

So remember, remember that about three weeks or so ago,

Emil Beauvais and Todd Blanche put in yet again a second removal notice ensuring or asking,

asking that the judge Juan Mersharn be removed and that the matter of the sentencing either be

dismissed in its entirety or to be delayed pending again the resolution of the district court.

And here they're saying emphatically, it need not be stayed pending the district court's resolution of defendant's removal notice.

It then goes on to say, which I just think it's brilliant,

...
