Trump's latest lie, his believe me now and not what you saw with your own eyes or heard with

your own ears. No, it's trust me when I say that Musk is actually not the head of Doge. He's not even

an employee of Doge, folks. This is what the White House said to the judge in order to try to get out from under a lawsuit that said that the way Musk and Doge was acting was unconstitutional.

Now, there are a lot of receipts to back up the fact that Trump did select Musk to head doge. Receits from both

Musk and Trump. But this is Trump's playbook. Regardless of what we have seen with our own eyes,

I'm going to say the lie loud enough and often enough for enough people to believe me.

Just as with January 6th, we all saw the insurrection

in real time. We all saw the hand-to-hand combat with Capitol police officers. But he repeated

that lie enough that this was just a peaceful rally and a tour of the Capitol that enough Americans

believed him. So he wants to just keep doing that. And that's why it's so

important to fact-check him in real time when he continues these lies, because otherwise,

they get a life of their own. So here's what happened. Basically, there are two different federal

lawsuits that are saying that Elon Musk and Doge themselves are unconstitutional. This isn't about

all the many lawsuits that think that they shouldn't have access to data or the cutting off of

aid for the U.S. aid or the firing of employees without cause. This goes to the core of whether or not

they are even acting in a constitutional way.

The two lawsuits, one filed in Maryland, one filed in D.C. has 22 states and it keeps growing.

States keep on getting added. The one in Maryland is from the 26 anonymous US aid employees.

But they're both asserting the same thing,

which is that Musk has too much power not to be confirmed by the Senate. He should be

appointed and confirmed by the Senate because he is an officer. He's acting as an officer
