0:43.1	Texas has an anti-SLAPP statute. What is anti-SLAPP statutes? Well, every state has it, including
0:50.4	Texas, surprisingly. It's a statute that says that if somebody files a lawsuit against you
0:58.0	strategically, just to get you to shut up, just to get you to spend money and curtail your
1:03.9	First Amendment or abridge your First Amendment rights, you, the person that filed the suit,
1:08.4	are going to end up paying their attorney's fees.
1:15.4	It's strategic lawsuits against public participation.
1:17.4	That's sort of the acronym for slap.
1:19.2	And these are anti-SLAPP statutes.
1:24.8	So Donald Trump's going to get slapped with an anti-SLAPP statute, and he's going to end up paying CBS's substantial attorney's fees and cost in a very short-track
1:28.7	procedure in front of Judge Casmaric. Now, look, I get why he hired these lawyers. One of them
1:34.4	is Dr. Daniel Z. Epstein, a PhD who never was a litigator who was in the Trump White House,
1:42.9	who was in the Trump transition team, who was some sort of
1:46.9	private equity corporate guy before he became a law professor. So he's in Florida. And Ed
1:53.2	Paul Poltsich is some First Amendment, Second Amendment MAGA lawyer in New York. And they just said,
1:58.4	we'll take the case, Trump. We'll file it in Texas. We have an
2:01.2	idea. We want to get to Judge Casmeric. He's the only judge that really sits in Amarillo,
