Summary

It seems there's hardly a court case Donald Trump can't lose. The highest appeals court in New York has rejected Trump's attempt to get the existing gag order in his New York criminal case lifted. The appeals court rejected Trump's arguments and left the gag order in place while Trump's case is pending sentencing. Trump is circling the drain.

1:19.0	Judge Mershaun put a gag order on Donald Trump prohibiting him from talking about threatening
1:26.7	endangering witnesses jurors court staff and their family members, prosecutors, and their family members.
1:38.0	And then the case went to trial, and a jury of Donald Trump's peers convicted him, found him guilty of 34 felony counts
1:46.2	of falsifying business records.
1:48.9	And because at that point, the work of the witnesses and the work of the jurors was over.
1:56.3	It was complete.
1:58.0	Judge Mershahn modified the gag order.
