For four years, talked tough.

Russia had no compelling interest to have Donald Trump as a president of the United States.

They had every compelling interest to have Hillary Clinton as the president of the United States,

and they certainly are loving

the fact that Joe Biden is the president of the United States. They're loving it and

yesterday you know we heard that the United States had these incredible preventative sanctions in mind and then they let the invasion happen or at least they let limited encouragement

It's peacekeeping troops into two Russian-held territories in Ukraine or at least

supposed their territories owned by Russia whatever. Anyway it gave Putin an

excuse to go into those provinces and if there's any sort of

resistance from Ukrainian forces then an opportunity to take over the rest of the

country. All right so that's going on and I got to tell you he didn't try it when Donald

Trump was the president
