His verdict is still uncertain. The jury is out.

One juror was reported to the judge saying he can't follow the instructions. Don't know what

that means, but obviously there'll be a verdict at some point soon. My prediction, conviction on at least some counts

and an appellate reversal later on over the argument

that too much information was given to the jury

that was prejudicial and irrelevant.

Well, we'll see, we'll see what happens.
