0:34.5	So he filed a case against Michael Cohen on, and this is my view, 32 years of doing this
0:39.5	practicing law on a really ridiculous set of claims about breaching fiduciary duty as

0:49.1	Nobody can figure out that's either going to get dismissed by the federal judge.
0:54.1	At some point in the case, because I doubt this is going to see the light of day of trial.

0:59.7	It was filed to try to silence Michael Cohen and as witness intimidation.
1:04.0	But it's going to backfire because one of the things that came out of a hearing just
1:07.7	this past week is that there are text messages between Stormy Daniels, the porn star and

1:17.2	It will have to produce the Michael Cohen during the course of this case.
1:20.9	And of course, Donald Trump doesn't want to do that.
