of appeal regarding the gag order imposed on him by federal judge Tanya Chutkin in the

Washington DC federal case.

One problem though, Donald Trump's lawyer, John Loro, who filed the notice of appeal is not

a licensed lawyer to practice law before the DC Circuit Court of Appeal where they

filed a notice of appeal.
