His plan to shore up support with black voters and will it work amid shrinking

That's the phase we're in, the waiting phase, in the long saga of the first ever criminal trial of a former president, Donald Trump's hush money trial in New York.

A group of seven men and five women, the jury, are now weighing

whether or not Trump falsified business records to cover up alleged hush

money payments made to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.

Trump has pleaded not guilty and denied all wrongdoing.

The witnesses have all spoken, the lawyers have made their arguments,

and now it is all up to the jury.

Whatever they decide it will be historic.
