0:38.6	because it's rare for Donald Trump to ever get overshadowed, particularly when he's actually
0:43.4	president. But for the last 72 hours, all things Joe Biden has very much overshadowed Donald
0:49.6	Trump. Now, some of it is intentional by Trump, and I'm going to get into that.
