Special council, Jack Smith, has just turned over the first tranche of evidence in the

classified documents case against Donald Trump.

The ex-presidents legal team now have access to discovery materials, including evidence

obtained through subpoena and search warrants, transcripts of grand jury testimony in both

Washington, DC, and Florida.

Witness interviews conducted through last month and excerpts of close circuit television
