It's been reported for a while that Ted Kaufman, who briefly was a senator from Delaware

and is a long time Biden advisor, is the person who's leading the transition effort overall.

And the most LawFair relevant transition personnel figure is Avril Haynes, who used to be

the deputy national security advisor.

There's been reporting that suggests that she's leading the Biden transitions form policy

a national security team.

And then this week, I would say the biggest transition related story was a piece in

Politico that described that Biden has he's a COVID task force as part of his transition

team.
