The Michael Berry Show is on the air. The most important development in the Republican primary was not the debates last night. It is a Minnesota court

ruling that Trump can appear on the ballot but only for the primary.

They did not rule that our Constitution is in effect

for the general election.

Now, truthfully, he's not going to win Minnesota.

If the states he's kept off the ballot or states he can't possibly win anyway, California, Vermont, Minnesota.

That's not going to keep him from being president.

But what it will do is it will hurt other candidates running for office that

needed a turnout there. And by not protecting his right to be on the ballot in the general election,

the Democrats in charge there effectively said, well, we don't want to look bad that bad

so what we'll do is we'll leave it hanging we'll leave it in doubt as to

whether if he wins the primary he could even be on the ballot in

November and that will confuse the Republicans in their primary because what they really love is for the

voters to shoot him down so they don't have to but that's not going to happen

why is that not going to happen?

Because you have two items working on top of each other.

You can stack them.

The first, which is the bigger of the two items, is that Trump is a juggernaut.

I've never seen a political phenomenon like this.
