In breaking news, we've got developments in the Abrago-Garcia matter, as expected.

A new emergency complaint petition, rid of habeas corpus, has been filed in front of Judge Zinnis

because the Trump administration is violating Abrago-Garcia's civil rights, his rights to due process once again,

because they are in a vindictive way, in a malicious way.

They're trying to punish him for refusing to plead guilty to crimes that he says he did not commit

in order to get some sort of sweetheart deal to be deported and removed Costa Rica.

And when he said, no, he wants his day in court to prove that he didn't commit these

crimes and to expose the Trump administration effectively, they said, fine, you're going to Uganda.

You can just tell that's a Stephen Miller special. You're going to Uganda if you're not going to

play ball with us. We have a word for that. It's called extortion. It's called prosecutorial

misconduct and abuse.

And federal judges don't take kindly to it. We got the brand new lawsuit that's been filed here,
