0:29.3	It looks like the grand jury in Manhattan is going to reconvene tomorrow on Wednesday.
0:35.1	And that is the earliest I think we could see charges against Trump and the charges stem
0:41.4	from payments that he made through Michael Cohen to Stormy Daniels, a porn star during
0:47.5	the 2016 presidential campaign.
0:49.8	It's $130,000.
0:52.2	That's at issue.
0:53.7	And this law in New York essentially has to do with falsifying records.
1:02.6	And it's usually a misdemeanor.
1:04.2	But I think what the prosecutor in New York may be trying to lay out the case for is that
