Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States, has been indicted. Again, this time,
0:24.9	it was by a Fulton County grand jury issuing 13 charges, including conspiracy. The charges in Georgia
0:33.2	stem from his attempts to interfere in the certification of the Georgia election.
0:38.9	The facts are very simple. There were two candidates on the ballot, and Joe Biden won.
0:45.3	Donald Trump didn't like it, and so what he and 18 others did, including the disgraced former New York
0:53.2	City mayor Rudy Giuliani and the disgraced
0:56.7	former White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows did, his stage a coup. They tried to steal
1:03.6	democracy from 330 million Americans. They tried to steal the birthright of every American who isn't yet born.
1:14.4	They tried to topple the results of the American experiment. They tried to end democracy in America.
1:24.6	Why? Because the worst president in American history lost. He was rejected by the
1:35.1	American people, who after four years of death, 35,000 lives, and absolute chaos said enough.
1:46.4	What they wanted was a return to normalcy,
1:49.8	and the citizens of the state of Georgia voted,
1:54.3	chose to make Joe Biden the president of the United States.
1:59.0	And what that set off is the greatest criminal conspiracy in American history.
2:06.5	This is the hard thing to understand about this moment in time.
2:11.3	There is no place to look for what to do.
2:15.7	We've had incompetent presidents, dishonest presidents, ineffectual ones,
2:21.9	short, fat, and tall ones. But we have never had one when they lost an election, tried to burn down
2:29.7	the republic, tried to take it away in a fit of anger and petulance under a demand that they're not
2:38.3	done leading, that they're not done ruling. They want power. And even though there is no
2:45.5	legitimacy behind the grant of power to Donald Trump, that didn't matter. To Rudy Giuliani, it didn't matter.
