So, just to sound like a lawyer, the answer to that is yes, in that it is the indictment

that I think we all were expecting.

It does follow very much the framework of the January 6th Committee and is a huge debt

to them in terms of uncovering the facts.

Obviously, there are some additional facts because they were able to get the testimony of

the vice president, former vice president, and that's clearly reflected in the allegations.
