1:14.8	So there's a lot to talk about, you know, we had the big interview last night, but with all that happened this week, you might have missed this. The former president Donald Trump was indicted again, as our thumbnail says, this week, he was indicted again this
1:22.2	week for his efforts to overturn his 2020 presidential election loss. Now, on Tuesday, a federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment.
1:32.4	We'll talk about what that means.
1:34.5	Charging Trump with the same four counts that he faced in the original indictment,
1:38.6	that was last August, conspiracy to defraud the United States,
1:42.3	conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding,
1:44.9	obstruction of, and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights.
1:52.6	What is all that means? We've got some legal eagles here to discuss, okay?
1:55.6	That's just the beginning of Trump's legal woes, though, because this afternoon,
1:58.3	the Lincoln Project sent a letter to the Department of Justice to DOJ requesting that Mayor Garland's office open an investigation into
2:04.6	Donald Trump to determine if he violated federal law by promising to appoint or support for an
2:12.1	appointment, RFK Jr. to a public office in exchange for his endorsement.
