Donald Trump's inauguration has been moved indoors to the Capitol Rotunda due to

freezing cold temperatures forecast in Washington, D.C. Trump posted that he wants to protect

law enforcement and attendees from the dangerous Arctic cold and that he will open Capital One

arena for live viewing. The president will

join the crowd there after his swearing in. He posted, quote, everyone will be safe, everyone will be

happy, and we will together make America great again. Dangerous cold temperatures forced Ronald

Reagan's second inauguration in 1985 indoors as well. The Supreme Court upheld the TikTok ban today,

maintaining that the law furthers national security interests

and does not violate the First Amendment rights of the petitioners.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden now says he will not enforce the ban,

which is set to go into effect this Sunday.
