special counsel John Durham was exposed during a committee hearing as a Republican hack. That

is still going on as we speak. Only yesterday, a January 6th rioter, Daniel Rodriguez, who the judge called a one-man army of hate,

received one of the stiffest sentences so far in the Justice Department's investigation of the capital riot.

He got 12 and a half years.

But, Ron, I think we should start with the, it's kind of the most incredible

thing that could possibly happen to Donald Trump in the lead up, not just to him trying to,

you know, retain that or regain that presidency, but also the fact that he's being investigated

is that he just totally incriminated himself on television. Tell us about this.

When I watch him talk about the case, as I've done for the last, I don't know, six months,

I watch it through the prism of being a criminal defense attorney because I'm a criminal

defense lawyer. I've been for 28 years, represent people in court every day.
