0:56.8	So the first big update is a trial date was set October 30th. It will be a five-day trial,

1:11.8	convinced the judge to issue a limited gag order, a limited protective order against Donald Trump.
1:18.3	The lawyer for the plaintiff Sean Grimsley noted during a hearing that was held on Friday
1:25.2	that one of the parties, for example, that is seeking to intervene on behalf of Donald Trump,
1:31.2	someone by the name of Dave Williams, the chair of the Colorado Republican party,
1:37.6	has declared this lawsuit treasonous and as a result, as the plaintiff's lawyer Sean Grimsley
1:45.7	argued, that's code for the folks coming to court have committed a capital crime and deserve a
1:53.8	very serious penalty. So that in and of itself is one of the things plaintiffs saying, look,
2:00.1	there are already threats taking place. So let me show you this gag order that the court issued,
2:06.0	and this is binding on Donald Trump. So think about the big updates. Number one trial date,
