And we want to respond to Donald Trump's performance.

That's why I brought on the culture editor, his performance, his press conference

after the Supreme Court slapped down his so-called emergency tariffs.

little bit of that armchair economics analysis. But, Sonny, I mostly want to talk to you

about two things. One, kind of how Trump reacted to it and what tells us about that. And then

I've got to say some pretty

alarming things that he was saying that I think I think we should be pretty concerned about

given that it's the president of the United States. So before we get to the clip, did you have any

big picture takeaways on the Trump presser? Well, I mean, look, what's what's the big theory

of the modern moment? He's 12, right? Like, he reacts to everything like he's a 12-year-old.

And that is 100% what we're seeing here. It's just, it is a total tantrum. You know, I always, my, my theory on the, the sensitive documents case was always that Trump didn't even really care about them. He just was like, these are my things.

I want them.

Give me my things back. And that has always been my take on his tariff obsession. Like he has a tariff button. He hits, you know how he has the Diet Coke button? Right next to that is the tariff button. He hits the tariff button and tariffs happen. And so you take away the tariff button and he

reacts like when I take away the switch from my six year old, he just starts, he starts like freaking

out. Like why can't I play Pokemon anymore? It's ridiculous. I think that's right. And I think most of

the things that he says here, these clips that we're going to play are him tantrum like a 12-year-old,

or jester gooning, depending on how you look at it. But there's this first clip I want to show you

that felt pretty serious. And so I want to take it seriously. Let's watch how Donald Trump explains
