It's Tuesday, February 3rd. Is this overreaching? Well, let's put it to a vote.

Sources say President Trump was personally involved with a raid on election offices.

He's also been fixated on making changes to how Americans cast their ballots.

And he's now saying Republicans should quote take over the voting Gaza residents are

finally allowed to leave Gaza. The Egyptian government made it clear that it had dozens of

ambulances ready. Hospitals were on alert. A key border crossing is opening up for the first time

in years and Las Vegas officials say a normal looking home might have been serving as a

biological laboratory. Some items appeared consistent with biological and chemical storage.

Investigators are worried they just stumbled on a trove of lethal diseases.

Right now, parts of the federal government are still shut down.

It'll be up to the House to put an end to that with a vote later today.

And yet, that might not be easy.

We're going to get this job done, get the government reopened.

Democrats are going to play games, and the American people can see who really cares about. Keep in mind, while Speaker Mike Johnson just needs a bare majority to sign onto a plan

passed by the Senate, his Republican majority has narrowed to just one vote.

The Department of Homeland Security needs to be dramatically reformed.

Democrats say they want big changes to the Department of Homeland Security, and now among MAGA Republicans, there's a movement gaining steam to add new provisions to whatever they pass.

Among these provisions, national rules requiring photo ID for casting a ballot in any election, anywhere.

And elections, of course, are generally run by states. Sometimes the feds get involved in things like civil rights or campaign finance.

The Justice Department could even prosecute.
