I would say I'd always be shocked if Alito and Thomas showed any sense of humanity,

But I've read some people that are somewhat critical of this opinion saying that they just said

facilitate.

They used the word facilitate and that it wasn't an immediate,

you know, demand by the Supreme Court. So some of the legal scholars I've read this morning

tend to think that there is a little bit of ambiguity in this order despite it being 9-0

and that the Trump administration wouldn't

consider this a victory. So I don't know how to what to make of it.
