Summary
After charging a woman with murder over a self-induced abortion, forcing her to spend three days in jail and drawing national attention, county officials in Texas announced Sunday they would change course and move to dismiss the case. The leaders of the House committee investigating the Capitol attack have grown divided over whether to make a criminal referral to the Justice Department of former President Donald J.
