Once again, I'm Charles Coleman Jr. and for Stephanie Rule, and we have got a lot to talk about.

This is day 67 of the Trump administration, and tonight the feud between President Trump and the federal courts is escalating.

Judge James Bosberg, who's also in a separate battle with the administration over their deportation

flights, is overseeing the lawsuit that accuses White House officials of violating federal

record-keeping laws when they used a signal group chat to discuss details of U.S. military

strikes.

He's also ordered the government and all of the agencies involved to preserve all

communications on the app between March 11th and March 15th. Earlier today, Attorney

General Pam Bondi weighed in on the controversy. It was sensitive information, not classified,

and inadvertently released. If you want to talk about classified

information, talk about what was at Hillary Clinton's home that she was trying to bleach

bit, talk about the classified documents in Joe Biden's garage that Hunter Biden had access to.

This was not classified information.

Meanwhile, stocks fell today as Trump slapped a 25% tariff on all cars not made in the U.S.

Now there's growing concern that all of this may impact Republicans at the ballot box.

In Pennsylvania this week, a Democrat narrowly won a special election for the Senate state seat in a district that Trump won by 15 points last fall.

In Florida, another special election race in a solidly red district has now become unexpectedly competitive.
