Tonight, there's a new legal battle shaking up between Donald Trump and Jack Smith, who says

he is going to make big arguments on Monday that they think could help advance their case.

So we have a preview of that.

And Elon Musk under fire fire not only for the

way he's run Twitter but now for deliberately literally pushing an anti-Semitic

trope. We'll get into that in the rising right-wing hate speech and violence in America. We have Michael Steele on deck here

so we end the week in style you can bet that including with a nice sweater

cardigan I don't know he'll tell me in a moment but Steele is here to help us walk

through how the Republican Party is continuing to lose these elections including

falling out a step with so much of the general public including in red states on the issue of freedom, liberty, and abortion

rights.

And you may remember, of course, we've covered this before.

It is a huge deal that the Republicans face these midterm defeats here in Ohio, Kentucky, and Virginia.

The party's still reeling from that.

Those celebrations were in places that Republicans are actually supposed to usually win.

Democrats are feeling emboldened and they see this as both a substantive issue of freedom and

human rights as well as a political winner. So abortion rights groups working in

tandem with some liberal and democratic groups want to seize on what they see

as this momentum and make new pushes to

protect abortion access and freedom in his states as red as even Nebraska.

Protect our rights is an effort to put abortion rights to a vote in Nebraska.
