I always try to find something every week that isn't quite the obvious, but that also illuminates why the obvious is happening. And this could easily

be a show about the absolute collapse right now of Donald Trump's intelligence services.

The collapse, the resignation over Joe Kent.

The sources are saying that Joe Kent, the former director of the United States National

Counterterror Center, this is from Semaphore, he just resigned.

He's now under FBI investigation for allegedly leaking classified information.

This anti-Semitic white nationalists who just happened to be in the administration

running counterterrorism. The White House was warned last year when the president nominated Kent,

that he had a history of embracing conspiracy theories, that he had some ties to white nationalists.

Given that, why did the president nominate him to the position of the first

president? The president spoke on this a little bit yesterday in the Oval Office. He said he always

thought Joe Kent was a good guy. Obviously, it has a commendable military record and experience.

However, he was not someone who was involved in the presidential

daily brief, part of the president's intelligence briefings over the last several months,
