We got a new major lawsuit in Fulton County, Georgia that could impact the outcome of the election, and I'm not talking about the phony Willis prosecution of Donald Trump, which is on ice through appeal. We got a new suit and brought by the Democratic Party of Georgia and the National Democratic Party against the State Election Board in Georgia, which just recently in the last several months has been taken over by MAGA Trumpers.
0:29.0	Three to two, they now control the State Election Board. Donald Trump loved that result so much. He called
0:34.9	them in a shout out to them while he was in Georgia at one of his recent rallies,
0:39.5	pitfalls for victory. Think about that. These are not independent neutral election board
0:46.4	in Donald Trump's eyes and therefore they're not. The three to two supermajority
0:51.2	right-wing MAGA have passed a new series of rules to throw a monkey
0:56.0	wrench in a democracy to cast doubt and so doubt about the outcome of the election
1:01.6	in Georgia at the very time where the validity of outcomes needs to be reinforced.
1:07.2	It's so bad that even the Republican Secretary of State who's responsible for elections in Georgia, Brad Raffensberger had this to say
1:16.4	about the new laws that were passed that are now being challenged by this lawsuit that I'm going to go over in the next moment.
1:24.0	Brad Raffinsberger, a Republican, said, quote, activists seeking to impose last minute changes in election procedures outside of the legislative process undermine voter confidence and burden election workers.
1:38.2	He continued, misguided attempts by the State Election Board will delay election results and undermine
1:44.0	chain of custody safeguards. Georgia voters reject this 11th hour chaos and so
1:50.2	should the unelected members of the state election board.
1:53.8	They're unelected, they were appointed, and they're all magga,
1:57.2	and that's the way it is.
1:58.4	So what's this lawsuit all about?
2:00.0	It's a verified petition for declaratory judgment or declaratory relief in Fulton County, Georgia.
2:05.6	And what it says is the following, that the new laws, the new burdens, the new hurdles,
2:10.4	that this Trump-dominated board has passed, which on their face looked to be okay, really is just a
2:19.6	hunting license for these board members and local election officials aligned with Donald
