This one is about how Donald Trump actually sealed his own fate and played himself.

But we begin with the news about the ongoing special counsel, Probe,

because Jack Smith is forging ahead with these probes,

these investigations and other investigative techniques,

even as he prepares for what we expect to be two Trump trials, a DC grand jury,

reconvening today. That's the same panel, which famously returned the indictment against Trump for the coup.

And this comes after investigators interview, the Trump ally, longtime Giuliani associate,

someone I've spoken to about criminal justice reform before,

a man who's kind of been in and out of a lot of different stories here, Bernie Karek.

Facing questions about the efforts to capitalize on the big lie after election day,

including the kind of a grift and questions of wire fraud.

Jack Smith also continues to probe the Elector fraud scheme,

Giuliani and unindicted co-conspirator there, but there are brand new subpoenas

that came out within the past week as they bear down on that plot.

Meanwhile, in what we do know is going on, the

Elector investigation and that other stuff, you know,

we're keeping on whether there could even be new charges.
