1:45.0	for a signature. Now, when it passed the Senate, this wasn't through a traditional vote. The Senate
1:49.7	had reached a backroom deal to just allow this legislation to sail through without attaching
1:55.4	their names to a vote. There's no yay, there's no yay, just goes on through. So they can keep their donors and themselves who are on this list happy,
