former Fox television host and U.S. attorney now for the District of Columbia, Janine Perro,

told a judge, told Judge Meta, she actually needs more time to come up with actual reasons

for her bid to dismiss the seditious conspiracy and other charges against the oathkeepers.

This is the woman who waits for no crime. The woman who tried to indict a guy for throwing a sandwich and failed.

The woman who couldn't bring a case. She wasn't able to bring a case against the six members of Congress for making a video that recites the law about obeying lawful orders.

The woman who tried and failed to make a case against President Biden for using the auto pen.

This woman has unilaterally decided that the oathkeepers didn't commit any crimes when they conspired to stop the peaceful transfer of power on January 6, 2021,

ever since the DOJ has been trying to rewrite history,

proudly and boldly publicly proclaiming that they are removing

press releases about the arrests of January Sixers from the Department of Justice website.

And now, despite making her first motion to vacate the charges against the Oathkeepers and the

proud boys nearly two months ago, she now says she needs, please, some more time to come up with a reason.

And one judge so far could stand in her way, an Obama appointee named Judge Amit Mehta.
