It's going to take multiple votes through tomorrow. Even as America's skies are on the brink of collapse, Washington still can't move fast. And the longest shutdown in American history will leave a mark.

And right now, Trump is in total denial of the deep economic pain that so many Americans are

enduring on top of the shutdown. When confronted by a friendly face on Fox News about the state

of the economy, Trump seemingly tried to shush the reporter and then said it was all made up.

The economy was listed as the top concern.

I know you know this for voters in New Jersey, New York, Virginia.

I've been all over the affordable affordability issue today.

And for the last several months, eggs, gas, a dinner

cost for Thanksgiving way down, but other things that you noted have gone up, beef, coffee,

auto repairs.

Is this a voter perception issue of the economy or is there more that needs to be done by

Republicans on Capitol Hill or done in terms of policy?

More than anything else is a conjoined by the Democrats.

And why are people saying they're anxious about the economy? Why are they saying that?

I don't know that they are saying. I think polls are fake. We have the greatest economy we've ever had.

So a lot there. First, though, Trump does appear to try to shush Ingram when she said prices on some
