First story.

The Supreme Court has ruled on one of its two cases against that they're considering regarding

Donald Trump.

We talked about the other one last week about whether he is immune from prosecution

on charges of election interference and other kind of related stuff.

To that this is also in that general topic. The question is can California

Maine, Illinois, and other states who would like to keep Trump from being on the ballot because he's an insurrectionist.

And the Supreme Court did not rule whether or not he was an insurrectionist,

although I think they could have.

I'll tell you why.

But in the meanwhile, they said that it is not up to the states that Congress

would have to define how to enforce or employ section 3 of the 14th

amendment and it would definitely not be up to the states because it would be
