I'm 54 years old today, and it is 11.56 p.m. So it will be, it'll be my birthday for just four more minutes.

But I wanted to get that in there. And can we just say the age again? Because that's important to me.

54. And I will say, a good friend of mine texted me and said, I look great for 65, which I appreciated very much. I will say there may have been some expletives in response to that. Yes, as there should be. As there as there should be. So at 54, do you have

any wisdom you'd like to bestow on everyone listening right now? Because, I mean, let's be

honest. That's like a long time to be on this earth. Apparently, I think I have enough wisdom

that I do a podcast three days a week.
